Overcoming Social Anxiety

Social Anxiety is the third biggest mood related problem in North America. When struggling with it, we often feel that other people don't like us, or that they are saying mean things about us. We tend to shake or blush more easily than others and we often feel embarrassed, sad, and irritated by ourselves. 

I want to help you better understand your thoughts & feelings so that you can better cope in social situations and feel less overwhelmed. By identifying negative thought patterns and avoidance behaviours we can work at increasing self-confidence and self-esteem. 

Every opportunity offers us a chance to rewrite our story and feel more empowered. I encourage those interested in overcoming social anxiety to commit to 6-8 weeks of consecutive consults. These consults are key to identifying your unique triggers and putting in place healthy coping mechanisms to overcome them. 

Each session is 45 mins in length and costs $100. Sessions can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
