EASTND is a modern wellness space with a goal of helping women to feel vibrant, healthy, and beautiful from the inside out.

We achieve this by integrating a variety of services that optimize women’s hormonal, skin, digestive, and mental health.

With a desire to educate the public, and our clients, we have designed a virtual wellness space to complement our physical practice. Our hopes are to empower you by helping you truly understand your condition and treatment options; and provide access to a community of women going through similar experiences for ongoing support.

Ashley Shea

Naturopathic Doctor & Acupuncturist

Ashley is a graduate of the Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Ashley previously completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of New Brunswick. She is a member in good standing with the New Brunswick Association of Naturopathic Doctors (NBAND).

Ashley works with all age groups, and loves helping support you through transitions in your life; infants and children, teenage years, new parents, and mature adults.

She has a special interest in infant + children’s health and postpartum care. Her goal is to work with children and their families to support and optimize proper growth and development. These are the most important years to lay the foundation for future health and it is essential to foster these healthy habits and environments for children to thrive.

Whether families are looking for preventative support, Well Child Checks or alternative treatments for common ailments, Ashley is excited to work with you and your child to find what’s best for your family’s lifestyle.

When she isn't working, Ashley loves hiking, camping, being outdoors and travelling, and trying new recipes!

Shawna Boyce

Licensed Acupuncturist

Shawna is a Licensed Acupuncturist, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and practices Cranial Sacral Therapy and emotional release techniques.

Shawna graduated from Acadia University with a Bachelor of Physical Education majoring in Exercise Science/Athletic Therapy. She studied Acupuncture at the Centre of International Holistic Studies and
attended the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and is currently studying Cranial Sacral Therapy.

Shawna is a member in good standing of the Maritime Association of Registered Acupuncturists and the Examining Board of Natural Medicine Practitioners. She believes wholeheartedly that the body’s innate ability to heal itself works best when balance is attained in mind, body & spirit.

Shawna loves being in her kitchen creating amazing, healthy meals or outdoors participating in most any activity….hiking, backpacking, snowshoeing, skiing, ice climbing, running. Connecting with nature is where she finds her balance and serenity and encourages her clients to do the same.

Meghan Oxford

Naturopathic Doctor & Acupuncturist

Meghan Oxford is naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist with a special interest in women’s and gut health. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of New Brunswick and a Doctor of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is a member in good standing with the New Brunswick Association of Naturopathic Doctors (NBAND).

Meghan grew up seeing a naturopathic doctor her whole life and has since developed an interest in combining evidence-based and traditional healing practices to approach many conditions. Some of her areas of interest include digestive health, hormonal health as well as mental health.

Jodie Tatlock

Naturopathic Doctor & Acupuncturist

Jodie Tatlock is a naturopathic doctor, acupuncturist, and cofounder of EASTND and owner of the Moncton location. Jodie works most closely with women's reproductive hormonal health and burnout. 

Jodie graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Dalhousie University and a Doctorate of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is a member in good standing with the New Brunswick Association of Naturopathic Doctors (NBAND), the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), and the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (CCATCM).

Jodie is most profoundly shaped by a silent 10-day meditation retreat off the coast of Thailand. It allowed her to look at health and healing in a new light. Integrating science-based medicine and traditional methods of healing are important aspects of her practice.

When she isn't in the office helping her clients, she can be found exploring the world with her family. With a constant itch for travel, Jodie is always bringing back new and innovative ideas and training to our clinic - like our vitamin IV drip lounge!

Lyndsay Wareham

Naturopathic Doctor & Acupuncturist 

Dr. Lyndsay Wareham, ND, is a graduate of the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in British Columbia. She previously completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a focus in Nutrition from Acadia University.

Lyndsay was born and raised in Moncton, and is happy to be growing a family and a career in her hometown! Over the past several years, she has spent time away from practice to be a full-time mother to her 3 children, and is now so excited to be growing a practice and connecting with the community in a meaningful way.

Lyndsay considers herself to be a lifelong learner and soul seeker as she loves diving deep into one's personal growth and health journey by discussing everything from physical ailments to matters of the heart! She is interested in working with all members of your family - especially young children, developing teens, busy and burnt out parents, and the aging population.

She is a member in good standing with the New Brunswick Association of Naturopathic Doctors (NBAND), Canadian Associated of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), and Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Association of Canada (CMAAC). She also supports breastfeeding mothers and families by volunteering as a Leader for La Leche League Canada.

Nicholas Anhorn

Naturopathic Doctor & Acupuncturist

Dr. Nicholas Anhorn, BSc, ND is a Naturopathic Doctor in Moncton, New Brunswick. He graduated with distinction from the University of Victoria where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. During this time, through a Health Promotion International Award, he travelled to Germany to help develop the European Masters of Health Promotion Program and to complete his biology degree. After that, he proceeded to study an additional 4 years to obtain his Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in BC. 

With nearly a decade of experience, Dr. Anhorn, ND is determined to get to the root cause of your health condition(s) by being a health detective. He is known for going the extra mile for his clients. His naturopathic practise is rooted in utilizing a variety of comprehensive lab testing to assist people with a wide range of health conditions. He is a member of the New Brunswick Association of Naturopathic Doctors (NBAND), and
Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Association of Canada (CMAAC).

Outside of the office, Nicholas spends as much time as possible with his 3 children and wife (who is also a naturopathic doctor), enjoys road trips and spending time in nature, and playing ball hockey year-round. He is originally from the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, but after
meeting his wife at naturopathic school, they decided to move back to her hometown because they believe that the Maritimes is a great place to raise a family and establish a career in naturopathic medicine.

Renée Purdy

Naturopathic Doctor & Acupuncturist

Dr. Purdy is a naturopathic doctor. She works on all aspects of health, including mind, body and spirit. Her practice focuses mainly on digestive health, hormonal health, and burnout. Of the three ND's, Renée works with the widest range of conditions.

Renée graduated with honours with a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University and a Doctorate of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is a member in good standing with New Brunswick Association of Naturopathic Doctors (NBAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). She is also a board member of the international global health organization Natural Doctors International (NDI).

Renée believes that health is essential for individuals to reach their full potential and live their best life. She guides clients in healing using natural treatments founded in science as well a traditional medicine, always weaving in nutrition and mindfulness practices into her treatments.

Outside her clinical practice, Renée is the creator of My Soul Challenge, a game she designed to inspire self-care and mindfulness practices to increase health and wellness. 

Before practicing at EASTND, Dr. Purdy worked independently.

Karen Ulmanis

Medical Aesthetician

Karen Ulmanis is the Medical Aesthetician and Natural Skin Care Formulator at EASTND providing natural safe skin rejuvenation options to her clients. 

Trained at the School of Natural Medical Aesthetics in Regina, Saskatchewan, Karen’s focus is to treat and improve the appearance of skin conditions such as acne, wrinkles and fine lines, scarring, skin laxity, cellulite and the overall health of your skin. In addition Karen recently received her certificate in natural skincare formulation and advanced serum formulations from the School of Natural Skincare International.

Karen works with clients to not only treat the surface of your skin but to dig deeper to find the root cause of skin condition. Working closely with EASTND’s Naturopathic Doctors, Counsellors and Nutritionist, Karen’s clients are provided with natural skin rejuvenation options that take into consideration your overall health. 

Believing the importance of providing natural non-invasive alternatives to Botox and skin rejuvenation for all skin types, including mature skin, Karen specializes in microneedling, specifically PRP (platelet-rich plasma) and chemical peels. 

It’s these natural skin services along with natural, toxin free skincare products formulated right on site at EASTND that provides our clients with all the tools they need to achieve and maintain beautiful radiant skin, beauty from the inside out.

Debbie Magno

Operations Manager

If you've been in the Moncton clinic, you've likely chatted with Debbie! She works alongside Autumn and Raj to make the amazing administration team in Moncton! Debbie graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing and Advertising at De La Salle University in the Philippines.

She then moved to Canada to pursue an international career and explore herself. She then completed post-graduate studies in International Business Management at NBCC-Saint John.

With over ten years of experience providing high-level support to C-level executives, she's very skilled in aligning business objectives with comprehensive administrative knowledge.

Debbie is passionate about learning new skills, and is confident in her leadership skills after filling multiple roles in previous jobs, she's an administration extraordinaire!

When she's not working, Debbie loves travelling. Being a wanderlust, she finds freedom and excitement from short escapes and loves exploring new places, trying new activities and food, and meeting new people!

Madison Healey


Madison fills two roles in our clinic and we're so happy to have her knowledge and lovely personality as part of our team! You may see her working administration, as well as helping out in the IV lounge! Madison graduated from the Medical Laboratory Assistant course at Oulton College in 2021. She is a phlebotomist who performs blood draws and starts IVs for vitamin infusions. 

Madison strives to make patients feel as comfortable as possible, and give them a relaxing IV treatment experience.

In her down time she enjoys spending time with family, attending church, and trying new hobbies.

Victoria Street

Aaron Murray

Registered Massage Therapist

Aaron is a registered massage therapist with numerous years of experience. His therapeutic approach is holistic in nature, consisting of multiple modalities in the health and wellness field. He acquired his initial degree in Psychology from Saint Mary's University while simultaneously developing his love for yoga. This laid the foundation for his yoga teacher training and more recent years, Yoga Therapy - a combination of yoga poses and assists with a therapeutic focus.

Aaron understands that each individual requires their own personalized approach. As a result, he works with clients to obtain their desired outcome by using an array of different techniques. His aim is to alleviate pain, improve posture, and have full range of motion of the body without any discomfort. Focused on all aspects of movement, he is a firm believer in overall tissue and joint health.

Even in his spare time, Aaron is very focused on movement. You can find him at the gym, practicing yoga, and enjoying nature as much as possible - hiking, biking, trail running, or simply sitting and enjoying. Family is also an absolute cornerstone in his life. He spends as much time possible with his son, who is also keen on exploring and adventures.

Kimberly Dixon


A familiar face for many! Kimberly has been a part of the EASTND team for many years, working as administration for two years and helping us behind the scenes! She graduated from CCATCM in Bedford, NS in May 2022 with her Diploma in Acupuncture.

Kim is very interested in fertility and PMS, but is open to treating many other health concerns and supporting general overall health! She is excited to provide a space for you to relax and unwind from busy life. A modality that Kim is excited to share with you is Gua Sha; it's very beneficial for neck, back, and shoulder pain.

When she's not practising, you can find her in her garden! Kim loves starting her garden and snacking on all the garden goods.

Ashley Maltais

Licensed Counselling Therapist

Ashley is a licensed counselling therapist. She treats anxiety, stress, depression, anger management, grief/loss (death, illness, job, relationships), parenting skills, individual support with a divorce/separation, work place issues, self esteem and confidence. 

Ashley's counselling has a person-centered framework, and integrates CBT, Solution Focused techniques, and Mindfulness practices, ensuring that each client receives personally tailored counselling services.

Ashley complete her MSc in Counselling Psychology at Keele University in England and remains in good standing with the Licensed Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick. 

Cheryl Cannon

Registered Social Worker

Cheryl has over 35 years experience in counselling as a registered social worker both in NB and PEI.

She specializes in mental health, grief and stress/burnout.. She offers couples counselling and sex therapy.

Cheryl has worked in Community Mental Health in both provinces for many years and is now available virtually for our clients at EASTND.
