This depends on which service you are looking for, but most are!

We have outlined the following services that are OFTEN covered by insurance for your reference, but please call your insurance provider to confirm that you are in fact covered as each individual plan can vary.

Naturopathic Services - Covered by most major insurance companies.

Vitamin Infusions - Covered by most major insurance companies as "naturopath".

Acupuncture Services (Including Cosmetic/Facial Acupuncture) - Covered by most major insurance companies.

Skin Rejuvenation - Not covered by insurance. 

Direct Billing is offered for most major insurance companies for Naturopathic Consultations, and  Acupuncture Sessions.

For all other services, with the exception of skin aesthetics, receipts can usually be sent in for reimbursement at your convenience.

ex. Vitamin IV therapy must be paid in full and then sent to your individual provider for reimbursement.

If you are having acupuncture with one of our Acupuncturists or NDs, acupuncture sessions may fall under either Naturopath OR Acupuncture as both professionals often carry a license in the other profession as well.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of all services. Any changes within 24 hours are subject to half the cost of the visit, with the exception of vitamin IV therapy fees being the full cost of the treatment given the need to throw out uniquely prepared bags.

Unopened supplements are refundable within 30 days of original purchase. We cannot return any supplements that have been opened.

Herbal tinctures are non-refundable as they are specifically designed to meet your needs and cannot be reused.

If you experience a severe allergic reaction to any of your health products, we must report this to Health Canada and in this event supplements would be refunded once the report is complete.
