This depends on which service you are looking for, but most are!
We have outlined the following services that are OFTEN covered by insurance for your reference, but please call your insurance provider to confirm that you are in fact covered as each individual plan can vary.
- Naturopathic Services - Covered by most major insurance companies.
- Vitamin Infusions - Covered by most major insurance companies as "naturopath".
- Acupuncture Services - Covered by most major insurance companies.
- Skin Rejuvenation - Not covered by insurance.
- Licensed Counselling - Covered by select providers. Almost always covered by blue cross. Please contact your individual provider for more details.
- Bioidentical Hormone Therapy - Consultations with the Medical Doctor, are not covered. Medications may be covered by insurance, please contact your individual provider for more details.
- Nutrition Consults - Covered by most major insurance companies as "naturopath".
Direct Billing is offered for most major insurance companies for Naturopathic Consultations and Acupuncture Sessions. With the exception of Federal Government Employee’s registered with SunLife. However, receipts can usually be sent in for reimbursement at your convenience.
Nutrition consults, vitamin IV therapy, and counselling must be paid in full and then sent to your individual provider for reimbursement.
All other services are not eligible for insurance coverage as far as we are aware.
If you are having acupuncture with one of our Acupuncturists, acupuncture sessions may fall under either Naturopath OR Acupuncture as our NDs are fully trained Acupuncturists and carry a license for both.
If you are having acupuncture with one of our Acupuncturists, acupuncture sessions will fall under Acupuncture.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of all services. Any changes within 24 hours are subject to half the cost of the visit, with the exception of vitamin IV therapy fees being the full cost of the treatment given the need to throw out uniquely prepared bags.
Unopened supplements are refundable within 30 days of original purchase. We cannot return any supplements that have been opened.
Herbal tinctures are non-refundable as they are specifically designed to meet your needs and cannot be reused.
If you experience a severe allergic reaction to any of your health products, we must report this to Health Canada and in this event supplements would be refunded once the report is complete.
