Meet Sierra Simpson, Naturopathic Intern!

Sierra is in her final year of study at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, where she’s been working one-on-one with patients under the supervision of licensed naturopathic doctors during her internship year.

Her personal experiences have led her to focus on supporting reproductive and sexual health, from menstruation to menopause and beyond. Her enthusiasm in this area got her selected for the Fertility Focus Shift during her internship, where she’s been collaborating with fertility clinics and treating reproductive and fertility concerns with naturopathic modalities.

Sierra believes in the mind-body connection and taking a holistic approach to care that incorporates many spheres of health, like stress, sleep, and digestion. She is excited to be joining EASTND Fredericton in 2024 under the supervision of Dr Meghan Oxford, ND, and is eager to help more people on their unique health journey.
