Proov

Proov ovulation tests help confirm ovulation with incredible accuracy. Tracking ovulation can be tricky if you don't know if you are even ovulating, or if you are unsure when you are. Progesterone as a hormone marker can be inconsistent, but Proov testing uses PdG (what is left of progesterone after it is metabolized in the liver) to determine successful ovulation.
