Meditation is an amazing tool for alleviating feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression. With our busy North American lifestyles, we very rarely take the time to enjoy and reap the benefits of finding stillness.
The goal of this workshop is to commit to 22-days of meditation.
We will be holding a group meditation every Tuesday evening at 6pm, led by yoga instructor and owner of Bhakti Yoga House Ashley Ward. Outside of these sessions, we have created a private Facebook group for all participants. Dr. Tatlock will check in daily to address struggles and post inspiration. It will be a place for us to all stay accountable and build a sense of community.
This intro series is open to all levels of experience (from never meditated before, to daily meditators). We want to help teach you how to develop an effective practice and optimize your health.
