EASTND is a modern wellness space with a goal of helping women to feel vibrant, healthy, and beautiful from the inside out.
We achieve this by integrating a variety of services that optimize women’s hormonal, skin, digestive, and mental health.
With a desire to educate the public, and our clients, we have designed a virtual wellness space to complement our physical practice. Our hopes are to empower you by helping you truly understand your condition and treatment options; and provide access to a community of women going through similar experiences for ongoing support.

Naturopathic Doctor & Acupuncturist
Meghan Oxford is a co-owner of EASTND, naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist with a special interest in women’s and gut health. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of New Brunswick and a Doctor of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is a member in good standing with the New Brunswick Association of Naturopathic Doctors (NBAND).
Meghan grew up seeing a naturopathic doctor her whole life and has since developed an interest in combining evidence-based and traditional healing practices to approach many conditions. Some of her areas of interest include digestive health, hormonal health as well as mental health.
Sydney Milson
Naturopathic Doctor & Acupuncturist
Sydney believes patient education is necessary for patients to make positive changes and informed
decisions about their health. She believes our health is built by daily habits and that small sustainable changes can have a big impact on our long-term wellbeing. She encourages her patients to be an empowered member of their own health team.
Sydney sees patients across all ages. She works with young families to set the foundation for healthy habits early on. She loves working with teens to help them understand and thrive in their changing bodies. She also believes it’s never too late to make a positive change in your health and is there to support you through all of life’s changes.
Julie McKeen
Naturopathic Doctor & Acupuncturist
Julie McKeen brings a fresh perspective to Fredericton’s natural health community with a wide variety of services! Julie focuses on skin rejuvenation and promoting healthy lifestyles.
She practices many different aspects of Naturopathic Medicine and combines traditional treatments with modern science to achieve the most appropriate treatment plan for each patient.
She enjoys using specific skin treatments, acupuncture, hormone testing as well as botanical and nutritional supplements to help each individual to reach their health goals.
Kennedy Fitzgerald
Holistic Aesthetician
Kennedy offers customized luxury facials for the skin and the soul. She is also a brow artist, offering brow and facial waxing, brow tinting and lamination.
While dealing with hands-on service offerings, Kennedy’s beliefs are based in the healing power of touch.
Bringing mindfulness and intention to every treatment, she creates a space for you to settle, relax and rejuvenate. Kennedy believes in natural, organic options and uses whole-plant medicine, Laurel Skin during her treatments.
