EASTND is a modern wellness space with a goal of helping women to feel vibrant, healthy, and beautiful from the inside out.
We achieve this by integrating a variety of services that optimize women’s hormonal, skin, digestive, and mental health.
With a desire to educate the public, and our clients, we have designed a virtual wellness space to complement our physical practice. Our hopes are to empower you by helping you truly understand your condition and treatment options; and provide access to a community of women going through similar experiences for ongoing support.
Meet Our Team
Our team is dedicated to helping you get to the bottom of your symptoms. We understand that your health is based on more than bloodwork alone and that each person needs an individualized approach to their care.
We have two beautiful locations, one in Downtown Moncton and the other in Downtown Charlottetown. Our teams consist of a variation of: Naturopathic Doctors, Acupuncturists, a Medical Doctor, Registered Nurses, Licensed Counselling Therapists, and a Medical Aesthetician.

She is a member in good standing with the New Brunswick Association of Naturopathic Doctors (NBAND), the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), and the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (CCATCM).
Jodie is most profoundly shaped by a silent 10-day meditation retreat off the coast of Thailand. It allowed her to look at health and healing in a new light. Integrating science-based medicine and traditional methods of healing are important aspects of her practice.
When she isn't in the office helping her clients, she can be found exploring the world with her family. With a constant itch for travel, Jodie is always bringing back new and innovative ideas and training to our clinic (like our vitamin IV drip lounge!).
